“something and we couldn’t figure out what it was but I felt sure he had a blockage because of the way he was vomiting. From start to finish everyone in the front office and the nurses were just excellent. Very informative and sweet. We ended up having to leave him overnight for surgery to remove the blockage that they found on his x-ray. We were there until about 1:00 am but there were also other emergencies there to deal with also so that is to be expected and we cannot be upset about that. The vet called me around 2:00am (after asking if it was okay to do so) and updated me on my baby and told me everything went well. They saved my babies life and I cannot thank them enough. It is now one week later and he is healing excellently and we are just so happy to have our baby home and healthy. Thank you all, we are so appreciative!”

“Our Lab was punctured by a stick in her arm pit that required surgery. The staff was wonderful and very patient with us and her. While it was pricey, I think it was in line with what a "regular hour" emergency would've cost at our general vet. Christine and Lori were amazing in their customer care :)”

“ Had to take my GSD on Sunday after she impaled herself on a plow chasing chipmunks. Dr. Richardson was awesome, and everyone on staff was very kind and compassionate. I wasn't charged for anything other that the base cost of the visit and prescribed meds. Very reasonable price considering my level of panic. Extremely clean facility as well. Would definitely recommend. The patient is doing well btw.”

“My 10 month old puppy chewed up a rubber/ plastic ball toy and ate half of it. I called this facility immediately and spoke to a tech. They advised me that I should bring him in ASAP so they could induce vomiting. Well I live in the Villa rica area. So I put my puppy in the car and drove to Rome to this facility. They had a tech waiting on me and as soon as I pulled in and called to let them know we arrived. That tech immediately came out, got my puppy and told me what the first step they were going to do. I mean they started immediately on giving my puppy medication to induce vomiting. The whole process took about 45 minutes. The doctor called and told me exactly what was done and that it was a success. Let me tell you that this facility deserves 10 stars. Because everyone was courteous, they did what needed to be done and it saved my pets life. If your pet swallows something or needs any kind of emergency care. I highly recommend this facility. To the facility Doctor and staff that cared for my pet on 3/16/21. I just want to say Thank you again for the treatment and care you gave my fur baby.”

“was the young ladie i spoke to when i called i let them know what was going on she asked about how long would take to get i told here about 30mins she said bring him on down i called when i got there and vet tech came out and talked with me and tank as he was not haveing anyone get close to me. “This place is awesome! Our cat got attacked by the neighbors dog after hours and we were so glad this vet was here to help! They gave 2 treatment options and were willing to do whatever it took to save our cat. He ended up healing up perfectly fine and it’s all thanks to these amazing people! They called us over the night to keep us updated, told us to call anytime if we had questions, and explained everything that was going on. When we picked him up, the vet talked with us about his care for a good 5-10 minutes before we left. He made us feel like Frank was his only patient. They truly gave our Frank cat the quality care he needed and I’m forever thankful!”
